The Happiness Meditation.

Today's complex world and humans are loosing their happiness in installments. We are becoming less and less happy day by day. Can we do something about it? Here it is,

Happiness meditation.

Whenever and Wherever you get few moments, try to cultivate habit of happiness. Emerge from within a wave of happiness. Try it.

We describe God as ocean of happiness and we aremasters, so that naturally means we are at least a river of happiness. Emerge that happiness and put a smile on your face.

Do this over and over again and it can form a happiness habit.

Forgiveness Meditation

Asking for forgiveness from all is a simplest form of meditation.
We can do it before going to bed.. Emerge the people in front of you, ask for forgiveness for your mistakes.

Meditation and your dreams

If thoughts are seeds, re- thinking them is like watering them.

Discussing with others and getting ideas are like putting fertilisers (just like fertilisers are acquired from out).

Churning your ideas are like tilling the ground.

Mistakes are like sun rays, it let's you see the path more clearly.

Communion with God is like gardening, Supreme Gardener wont let your dreams die. He will take good care of your dreams, like his own.

Magic of good wishes

Good wishes spread for someone leads to creation of happiness circles around your aura. Makes ur soul happy for at least ten, fifteen times more duration than the amount of time spent in spreading good wishes.

In life, You don't meet anyone without reason. Either they have to play some role in your life or you have to play some role in their life. Take an example of a drama. If two characters are standing on the stage together, they have to play some part which are connected. Some dialogues which are relevant for the big drama which is going on. Everyone's life is a part of the big drama of the world.

Respect all those who are playing part with you and sharing stage with you. Somewhere your soul is connected with them. Shower good wishes to them. It's mutually beneficial to you and them and also to the world at large.

Happiness is created when we realise this fact of sharing the drama stage. You value people around you, you respect them, you make them happy, become a reason for their happiness.

Karma brings you happiness in return.

Meditation is about lifting your mind

Meditation is to lift your mind above the troubling worldly thoughts. Free your mind from bondages and limiting thoughts.

Physical yoga nowadays that teaches to lift our body, is for your physical benefits. But real meditation is for the mind.

Godly path to enlightenment

Godly path is not easy, but to get something that human beings can't give, you have to walk on the tough path, you have to make that choice.
